Common questions

How do I use my FSA/HSA?

During checkout, pay with your FSA or HSA card like any other card. Zaro's MCC code qualifies for FSA/HSA spending.

Where do I get my blood drawn?

You can visit a compatible Quest Diagnostics patient service center. Labcorp and BioReference are coming soon. New York and New Jersey are coming soon, and Rhode Island is not currently supported. We confirm nearby availability before payment.

How long until I get results?

Most results are ready in 5–7 business days from the time of your blood draw.

Do I need a doctor's order?

No. Zaro is a direct-to-consumer service. You order online and go directly to the lab, no referral needed.
